Manages and develops the overall country strategy across all functions in accordance with the group business strategy
Steers functional heads within the country and ensures cross-functional alignment
Ensures achievement of country KPIs incl. setting of performance targets by function
Responsible for human resource decisions in country incl. evaluating performances and setting bonuses.
