JOB DESCRIPTION: German INSTRUCTORS
These are the qualifications/Related Experience needed in Berlitz:
-Educated native proficiency in the language they teach.
-Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
– 1-2 years teaching experience desired.
– To be able to teach any time between 8:00am and 8:45pm and not less than 21 hours per week.
– A tax free monthly salary of BD 500 (1,246 EUR)
– Accommodation
– Transportation allowance of BD 75 (187 EUR)
– Incoming air ticket (reimbursed after 3 month probation period)
– Outgoing air ticket after completion of a year contract not including the 3 month probation period.
– 30 days paid vacation.
Other benefits paid after completion of 12 month contract not including the 3 month probation period.
All hired Instructors must do the Berlitz Initial training in the center. Their acceptance is subject to passing the final demo.
Instructors after this point must show:
-Successful completion of the core modules of the Berlitz Instructor Training.
-A performance Evaluation rating “ Good” or better.
All resources to achieve an excellent customers’ provision will be supplied by LCD (Learning Center).

Kandidaten empfehle ich, genau nachzufragen und schriftlich bestätigen zu lassen, was das für eine Unterkunft ist. Weiterhin würde ich auch nach der max. Arbeitszeit fragen. Mir erscheint die Entlohnung für bahrainische Verhältnisse eher gering und die Flexibilität des Einsatzes eher hoch.
